Tagliatelle with mushrooms and sauce
  • 400 g of tagliatelle
  • 400 g of mushrooms
  • 300 ml CREMIO for cooking
  • 2 onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt


 

Tagliatelle with mushrooms and sauce

The tagliatelle are boiled in boiling salted water according to package directions. Rinse and drain them. The onions and garlic cloves are cut into small pieces and stewed in olive oil until softened. Add the washed and cut into crescents mushrooms and stew them until they are completely soft. Then add CREMIO for cooking to the stewed vegetables and stir until it thickens. Finally, add the drained pasta (tagliatelle) with the spices and stir the products until their aromas mingle. The pasta is served hot.

  • 400 g of tagliatelle
  • 300 ml CREMIO for cooking
  • 300 g chicken fillet
  • 300 g of broccoli
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoons of pepper
  • salt
  • parmesan, if desired

The tagliatelle are boiled in boiling salted water according to package directions. Rinse and drain them. Tear the broccoli into small florets and place them in boiling water for a few minutes until they soften. Then place them in ice water to keep their fresh green color. The chicken fillet is cut into small cubes and cooked in a frying pan with non-stick coating until cooked to golden color. Add the chopped garlic and a little olive oil. Cook until the garlic softens. Then add the tagliatelle, broccoli and CREMIO for cooking. Stir the dish until it thickens. Finally, add salt and pepper. The tagliatelle are mixed and served hot. Optionally, sprinkle them with grated parmesan.
 
Pasta with chicken
  • 400 g of pasta
  • 300 g of chicken breast
  • 250 ml CREMIO for cooking
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 bumch of parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt



 

Pasta with chicken

The pasta is boiled according to package directions and drained. The garlic is cut into thin rings and stewed in olive oil. Add the chicken breasts, cut into cubes. The meat is fried until cooked. Next CREMIO for cooking, the drained and cooked pasta and the finely chopped parsley are then added to the pan. Stir the dish until the cream almost completely boils away. Serve the dish hot.    
 
Baked dish with potatoes and broccoli
  • 500 g of potatoes
  • 300 g of broccoli
  • 150 g of white cheese MY DAY
  • 80 ml CREMIO for cooking
  • 50 g of yellow cheese MY DAY
  • salt

Baked dish with potatoes and broccoli

The potatoes and broccoli are cut into cubes and arranged in a greased tray. Prepare the topping of crumbled MY DAY cheese and CREMIO for cooking. Cover the potatoes and broccoli with the topping, grate MY DAY yellow cheese over them and bake them in strong preheated oven for 35 minutes.  
 
Chicken Julienne
  • 500 g of chicken fillet
  • 300 g of pickles
  • 250 ml CREMIO for cooking
  • 200 g of mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon of basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • salt

The chicken fillets and the pickles are cut into juliennes (thin strips). The mushrooms are cut into crescents. The meat is fried on all sides until golden color in heated oil and seasoned with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms and pickles and lightly stew them. Add the dried basil and leave it to cook for 2-3 minutes. Finally, add CREMIO for cooking and stir until the liquid thickens. Serve the dish hot.
Chicken nuggets with sauce
  • 500 g of chicken fillet
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 1 coffee cup of CREMIO for cooking
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano

Chicken nuggets with sauce

The chicken fillet is cut into chunks and lightly fried in butter. Add the white wine to it and, when it is halfway boiled away, add CREMIO for cooking, the soy sauce and the spices to the dish. Mix well and stew the meat for another 5 minutes. 
 
Chicken fillet baked in a bag
  • 8 of chicken fillet
  • 100 ml CREMIO for cooking
  • 200 g of mushrooms
  • pepper
  • salt
  • thyme

The chicken fillets are flavored on both sides with salt and pepper. The mushrooms are cut into halves. The meat and mushrooms are placed in an oven bag. In the bag is also added CREMIO for cooking and a sprig of thyme. The bag is placed in a tray and pierced in several places, so as not to burst. The dish is baked at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
 
Chicken with mushrooms and potatoes
  • 600 g of chicken meat
  • 2 onions
  • 400 g of mushrooms
  • 4 of potatoes
  • 2 bunches of spinach
  • 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups of white wine
  • 1 cup of CREMIO for cooking
  • salt
  • pepper



 

Chicken with mushrooms and potatoes

The meat is cut into small pieces, the onion - chopped,  the mushrooms – cut into crescents, the potatoes – cut into cubes. Stew the onion, then add the meat and stew the dish for another 2-3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and potatoes. Pour enough water to cover them. Boil the dish until the potatoes and the meat are fully cooked. Add the spinach, spices and salt. Pour the wine and boil until the liquid remains in half. Finally, add CREMIO for cooking, leave the dish to cook for another 2-3 minutes and serve it immediately.
