Chocolate cream with fruits
  • 400 ml CREMIO for whipping
  • 200 g chocolate
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 orange

CREMIO for whipping is heated with constant stirring. Add the broken into pieces chocolate and stir until dissolved. The resulting cream is filled into cups and placed in a refrigerator. The fruits are cut into pieces and arranged on the already cooled cream.


Chocolate parfait
  • 175 g chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of MY DAY milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 300 ml CREMIO for whipping
  • 75 g caster sugar
  • 1 vanilla

The chocolate is mixed with the MY DAY milk and melted on a water bath. Stir until complete melting of the chocolate tablets and obtaining a uniform mixture. Allow the mixture to cool. In a separate bowl whisk the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. The mixture is added to the already cold melted chocolate. CREMIO for whipping is beaten with mixer and added to the mixture, stirred well, and the resulting cream is poured into dessert cups. Leave it in the freezer for several hours until the dessert becomes solid.  
Creme Brulee
For the cream:
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 cups CREMIO for whipping
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla 
For the caramel crust:
  • 8 tablespoons of sugar


Creme Brulee

The egg yolks and sugar are beaten very well. To them is added the preheated CREMIO for whipping, which must be removed from the heat just before boiling and poured carefully into the yolk mixture while stirring. Finally, add the vanilla. The resulting mixture is poured into small ceramic bowls. The bowls with the cream are baked in a water bath in a preheated oven at 170-180°C for 45 min., i.e. until a light pink tan. Then the bowls are removed from the oven and left to cool slightly. Each serving is sprinkled with 1 tablespoon of sugar and smoothed. The bowls are placed back in the oven, but baked using only the upper coil at highest temperature for a few minutes until the sugar has melted and caramelized. The cream is removed from the oven and allowed to cool.
