2-3 potatoes 200 g finely sliced bacon 200 g cheese 2 eggs 200 g cooking cream CREMIO
Slice the potatoes thinly and layer them in a greased baking dish. Alternate layers of potatoes with cheese and bacon. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Whisk the eggs with Cremio cooking cream and pour over the casserole. Cover with foil and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 50 minutes. Remove the foil and bake until golden.
