4 eggs
250 ml Cremio cooking cream
140 g flour
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla
Butter for greasing the pan

Mix all the ingredients until you have a smooth batter. Heat a pan over medium heat and grease it with butter. Pour enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan (about half a ladle). Cook the pancake for about one minute on each side, or until done. Repeat this process until all the batter is used.

Everyone loves pancakes, and when made with Cremio, the taste is simply unbeatable. Serve the pancakes with chocolate, honey, your favorite jam, or fresh fruit.
