4 medium zucchinis
4 eggs
150 g grated MyDay cheese
150 g grated MyDay white cheese
2 stalks green garlic
2 tbsp Cremio for cooking
salt and black pepper 
a few sprigs of dill
oil

The zucchinis are washed and cut in half lengthwise. The insides are scooped out with a spoon, almost to the skin, and blanched in a suitable pot for 1 minute. The eggs are beaten in a larger bowl, and the grated My Day cheese and white cheese are added. The mixture is then combined with the chopped garlic, salt, black pepper, and Cremio for cooking. The zucchinis are filled with the prepared stuffing, arranged in a greased baking dish, and baked at 180°C in a preheated oven. The finished zucchinis are sprinkled with finely chopped dill.
