Cut the cheese into slices. Peel and halve the eggs, clean and slice the peppers into strips, and slice the tomatoes into rounds. In a preheated pan, sauté the peppers until they are tender. Arrange the tomatoes on top of the peppers, followed by the eggs. Add the
Cremio cooking crème and season with salt and black pepper. Generously sprinkle the
MyDay cheese on top and bake for 4 minutes with a covered lid. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
