200 ml CREMIO cooking crème
100 g yellow cheese
1 egg
50 ml sunflower oil or olive oil

Potatoes, onions, zucchini and tomatoes are cut into slices. Grate the yellow cheese. Arrange vegetables in a greased large pan.
The first row is of potatoes, sprinkled with oil and seasoned with salt and pepper. Arrange the rest of the vegetables - onions, zucchini, tomatoes, and after each row sprinkle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with savory on top. Bake the dish in a preheated oven at 190°C for 50 minutes.
Preparation of the topping:
Beat the egg, add CREMIO cooking crème and yellow cheese. Season with salt and pepper and stir.
Remove the dish from the oven after 50 minutes and add the topping. Return to bake for another 8 minutes.
