  • 160 g flour
  • 1 cup MyDay milk
  • 1/4 cup Cremio pastry cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 cups cherries
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • powdered sugar
  • salt

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the MyDay milk, Cremio pastry cream, sugar, and vanilla. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing with a mixer on medium speed for about 5 minutes. Pour about 1/3 of the batter into the baking dish and bake for about 5 minutes in the preheated oven.

Then, arrange the cherries on top and pour the remaining batter over them. Return the dessert to the oven and bake for another 35-40 minutes. Allow it to cool slightly, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve.
