Finely chop the onion and cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Fry the chicken pieces in a pan with hot oil until golden brown. Add the onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes, then add the fresh or frozen vegetables and cook for another 6-7 minutes. Finally, pour in the CREMIO cooking cream and stir for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with parsley.
