Chicken Julienne

- 500 g of chicken fillet
- 300 g of pickles
- 250 ml Cremio for cooking
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon of basil
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- salt
The chicken fillets and the pickles are cut into juliennes (thin strips). The mushrooms are cut into crescents. The meat is fried on all sides until golden color in heated oil and seasoned with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms and pickles and lightly stew them. Add the dried basil and leave it to cook for 2-3 minutes. Finally, add Cremio for cooking and stir until the liquid thickens. Serve the dish hot.
