Chicken with mushrooms and potatoes

  • 600 g of chicken meat
  • 2 onions
  • 400 g of mushrooms
  • 4 of potatoes
  • 2 bunches of spinach
  • 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups of white wine
  • 1 cup of Cremio for cooking
  • salt
  • pepper
The meat is cut into small pieces, the onion - chopped,  the mushrooms – cut into crescents, the potatoes – cut into cubes. Stew the onion, then add the meat and stew the dish for another 2-3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and potatoes. Pour enough water to cover them. Boil the dish until the potatoes and the meat are fully cooked. Add the spinach, spices and salt. Pour the wine and boil until the liquid remains in half. Finally, add Cremio for cooking, leave the dish to cook for another 2-3 minutes and serve it immediately.
