Coconut Bonbons with Semolina

1 liter fresh milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup semolina
200 ml pastry cream (Cremio)
3 packets of shredded coconut
150 g nuts of choice (almonds or walnuts)

Boil the fresh milk. Once it starts to boil, add the sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
Gradually add the semolina while stirring constantly. Finally, add the pastry cream (Cremio) and stir until a very thick mixture forms, similar to polenta.
Remove from heat and let it cool, but not completely. Take small portions of the mixture, place one nut in the center, and shape them into balls about the size of walnuts. Roll the balls in shredded coconut and arrange them on a tray or platter. Chill and serve.
