Conchiglie with Pesto and Cherry Tomatoes

  • 200 ml Cremio cooking cream
  • 1 package conchiglie pasta
  • 2 tsp pesto
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g grated Parmesan
  • oil
  • salt
Cook the pasta and drain it. In a pan with heated oil, pour in the Cremio cooking cream and stir, adding the cherry tomatoes. When it starts to boil, remove from heat and stir in the pesto. Pour the sauce over each serving of pasta. Parmesan can be added on top if desired.
