2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 cup sugar
½ cup butter
½ cup MyDay yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
1 packet baking powder
400 g flour
Lemon zest

Beat the eggs, then mix in the MyDay yogurt, baking soda, butter, and lemon zest. Sift the flour with the baking powder, add it to the mixture, and knead into a smooth dough. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spacing them 4-5 cm apart. Brush the balls with the beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes. Optionally, you can add cocoa powder, coconut flakes, or dried fruit to the dough.

These baked cookies are perfect for serving at the Easter table or as a tasty baked treat any time of the year.
