Easy Pear Tart

- 200 g flour
- 3 tbsp Cremio pastry cream
- 2 eggs
- 3 pears
- 130 g butter
- 70 g sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp baking powder
In a pan, 1/3 of the sugar is caramelized with the lemon juice until golden brown. Peel and cut the pears into halves, removing the cores. Pour the caramel into a baking dish previously greased and lined with parchment paper. Arrange the pears evenly, cut side down, on top of the caramel. Beat the butter with the remaining sugar and salt until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the flour combined with the baking powder. Finally, add the Cremio pastry cream and mix well. Pour the thick batter over the pears and smooth it out. Bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
