700 g MyDay cheese
2 eggs
3 tbsp flour
5 tbsp breadcrumbs
oil
MyDay cheese is cut into pieces about 2 cm thick. The eggs are beaten in a bowl. The flour and breadcrumbs are placed in two separate, deeper plates. Each piece of cheese is dipped in cold water, then coated with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs in that order, and should rest for at least 1 minute with the breading. Before frying, each piece of cheese is dipped back into the egg and fried until golden on all sides. The burner should not be set to the highest heat, and the oil should just lightly cover the cheese pieces.
