Beat the eggs together with the sugar. Add the flour, baking powder, and MyDay milk, mixing until you have a smooth batter. Finally, add the oil, ginger, and cocoa powder. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
Whip the well-chilled Cremio pastry cream with a mixer until it becomes fluffy.
Break the baked dough into bites and layer it in cups with the cream. Optionally, you can sprinkle with cinnamon.
