40min.

1 MyDay yogurt
1 kiwi
1 mandarin
1 apple

For the granola:
150 g rolled oats
50 g coconut flour
50 g crushed almonds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon water

The granola ingredients are mixed in a bowl, then spread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. During baking, the mixture is stirred 2-3 times. Once baked, the mixture is removed from the oven and allowed to cool completely.

The fruits are cleaned and cut into small pieces. In the bottom of a small container (jar or bowl), place 1-2 tablespoons of granola, some of the chopped fruit, drizzle with yogurt, and add another layer of granola and fruit.

Unused granola can be stored in a well-sealed bag or jar.
