Italian Chicken Cream Soup

500 g chicken breast (or pre-cooked chicken)
1 small onion, diced
1 tbsp oil
2-3 cups chicken broth
200 ml cooking cream CREMIO
1 tsp dried oregano or basil
Salt and black pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the diced onion for 2-3 minutes. Cut the chicken into pieces and add it to the pot. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Pour in the broth and add the herbs. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Blend the soup until smooth, return to the stove, and add the cream.

Season to taste and garnish with parsley before serving.
