Slice each chicken fillet lengthwise to make two thinner pieces. Finely chop the garlic. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice. Season the fillets with salt and pepper. In a large bowl, marinate the chicken with thyme and lemon juice, then let it rest for 1 hour.
Sear the marinated fillets in a pan with a little oil on both sides until golden brown, adding the chopped garlic while cooking. Pour in the CREMIO cooking cream and sprinkle with lemon zest. Season with additional salt and black pepper, stir for 2 minutes on the stove, then transfer to a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 10 minutes. Serve garnished with a slice of lemon.
