400 g pasta
200 g smoked salmon
1 onion
1 spring onion
200 g cherry tomatoes
200 ml CREMIO for cooking
40 ml vodka
100 ml oil
Salt and black pepper
Boil the pasta in salted water for 11 minutes. Finely chop the spring onion, cherry tomatoes, and regular onion. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces. Drain the pasta and mix it with 30–50 ml of oil to prevent sticking.
In a heated pan with oil, sauté the onion for 2–3 minutes. Then add the spring onion and cook for another 1 minute. Add the salmon and cook for 1–2 minutes, then pour in the vodka and let it cook for 10 seconds. Add the cherry tomatoes.
Finally, pour in 200 ml of CREMIO for cooking, season with salt and pepper, and let cook for 1 minute. Add the drained pasta, stir well, and serve garnished with chopped chives.
