4 pork chops 200 ml CREMIO cooking cream 30 ml whiskey 1 beef bouillon cube 1 large onion 1 tbsp oil

Heat a little oil in a pan over high heat. Place the pork chops in the pan and reduce the heat to medium. Sear them until golden brown on both sides, flipping them several times. Remove the chops from the pan and, using the same oil, sauté the finely chopped onion for 2-3 minutes.
Add the whiskey and stir for about 30 seconds. Finally, pour in the Cremio cooking cream and crumble the bouillon cube into the mixture. Stir for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce is ready.
When serving, pour the sauce over each pork chop and add a side dish of your choice (steamed vegetables, roasted potatoes, mashed potatoes, or rice).
