1 pumpkin
1 cup sugar
10 eggs
1 liter MyDay milk
1 vanilla bean
chopped nuts (optional)
The pumpkin is cut into cubes and boiled. In the bottom of the baking dish, caramelize part of the sugar (3 tablespoons) and then add the cooked pumpkin. Separately, beat the eggs with fresh MyDay milk and the remaining sugar, then pour it over the pumpkin. Bake in a water bath for 60-80 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius. Optionally, you can sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
