Products:
• 350 g pumpkin
• 2/3 of a package of pie crusts
• 150 g walnuts
• 50 g butter
• 20 g breadcrumbs
• 100 ml CREMIO whipping crème
• 100 ml sparkling water
The pumpkin is grated. Finely chop the walnuts. In a large bowl, mix the walnuts, grated pumpkin, sugar and breadcrumbs. Take 2 sheets and grease with melted butter between them. Put the filling on the crusts, roll them up and arrange them in a baking dish. In a deep container, mix sparkling water and CREMIO crème for whipping. Pour the pumpkin with the resulting mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 210° C for 35-40 minutes, placing the tray closer to the lower oven.
