Quick and Easy Apple Mousse with Pastry Cream

  • 1 kg apples
  • 150 g sugar
  • 200 ml Cremio pastry cream
  • 5-6 walnuts
Peel and slice the apples, then cook them in the oven with a little water and sugar until tender. Blend the softened apples, then add the whipped Cremio pastry cream with the remaining sugar and lightly toasted, crushed walnuts. Mix the fruit cream well and pour it into serving bowls.
