Beat the eggs together with the Cremio whipping cream, MyDay yogurt, MyDay milk, and oil. In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until smooth, then fold in the finely chopped Turkish delight.
Pour the batter into oiled muffin tins. If using paper liners, they don’t need to be greased.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool before removing them from the tins. You can decorate them with whipped cream and sprinkles. Enjoy!
