The macaroni are cooked in salted water until done and drained. Heat the butter and oil in a saucepan, then add a spoonful of flour and salt to taste. Stir the mixture until the flour turns golden, then add the MyDay milk. Cook until slightly thickened and remove from heat. Beat the eggs and add them to the slightly cooled mixture, stirring continuously.
Place the macaroni in a baking dish, sprinkle with crumbled MyDay cheese, and pour over the sauce (add a little more milk if the sauce is too thick). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C. After 10 minutes, add the grated MyDay cheese and bake until golden brown.
