Shrimp appetizer with cooking cream

½ kg shrimp
300 ml Cremio cooking cream
50 ml white wine
2 tbsp olive oil
Thyme
Salt
Black pepper

The shrimp are cleaned and briefly blanched in boiling water. In a pan, heat the olive oil and lightly sauté the blanched shrimp. Season with salt, black pepper, and thyme. Add the white wine, and when it starts to boil, stir in the Cremio cooking cream. Continue to cook and stir until the shrimp are fully cooked.
