4 turkey steaks 500 g mushrooms 400 ml Cremio cooking cream 3 tbsp flour 4 tbsp butter 2 onions
Juice of 1 lemon 150 ml white wine
A pinch of nutmeg
Black pepper
Salt
Season the turkey steaks with salt and black pepper, coat them in flour, and fry on both sides. Remove them and keep them warm. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in the same fat, add the sliced mushrooms, and continue to simmer. Deglaze with white wine and lemon juice, add the Cremio cooking cream, and cook the sauce until it thickens. Season the finished sauce with black pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Serve the steaks covered with the sauce and a garnish of your choice.
