Airfryer tortilla

2 pcs. tortilla 
400 g ham 
1 pc. red bell pepper 
1/2 onion 
1/2 tomato 
60 ml CREMIO cooking crème  
6 pcs.
 eggs 
200 g yellow cheese 
5 g garlic powder 
5 g oregano  
salt and pepper 
parsley 

Cut the onion and tomato into thin slices, cut the pepper into cubes and finely cut the parsley. In a deep bowl beat 3 eggs together with 1/2 of the spices, add 1/2 of the CREMIO cooking crème, season with salt and pepper and mix again. Place the tortilla in a baking ring. 
Arrange a row of ham, 1/2 of the onion, 1/2 of the tomato and 1/2 of the red bell pepper. Place the tortilla in the basket of the air fryer. Pour all of the egg mixture and bake at 160°C for 20 minutes. Grate the yellow cheese and 4 minutes before the first tortilla is ready, add 1/2 of the grated yellow cheese to bake. 
* One tortilla is equal to 2 servings.
