Cauliflower with cooking crèmе and pecorino

80 g butter
6 tbsp Cremio cooking crèmе
2 cups grated pecorino
Salt
Black pepper
The cauliflower is boiled, then drained and arranged in a baking dish. Pour the melted butter and Cremio cooking crèmе over the top. Add the spices and sprinkle with pecorino cheese. Bake until golden.
