Cauliflower with cooking cream and pecorino

2 heads of cauliflower
80 g butter
6 tbsp Cremio cooking cream
2 cups grated pecorino
Salt
Black pepper

The cauliflower is boiled, then drained and arranged in a baking dish. Pour the melted butter and Cremio cooking cream over the top. Add the spices and sprinkle with pecorino cheese. Bake until golden.
