600 g chicken fillet
150 g mushrooms
250 g yellow cheese
5-6 pcs. pickles
350 ml Cremio cooking crème
5 pcs. processed cheese
1 onion
30 g butter
30 ml oil
salt and pepper
Cut the chicken fillet and pickles into juliennes, the mushrooms into slices, the onion finely, and the processed cheeses into smaller triangles. Grate the yellow cheese. Chicken juliennes are fried until golden for 4-5 min. in a hot pan with melted butter and a little oil. Add the onion, mushrooms and pickles, stir and cook for 3-4 minutes to soften the mushrooms. Pour over the Cremio cooking crème and add the processed cheeses. Finally, add part of the yellow cheese and stir. When serving, sprinkle with more yellow cheese.
