  • 175 g chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of MyDay milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 300 ml Cremio for whipping
  • 75 g caster sugar
  • 1 vanilla
The chocolate is mixed with the MyDay milk and melted on a water bath. Stir until complete melting of the chocolate tablets and obtaining a uniform mixture. Allow the mixture to cool. In a separate bowl whisk the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. The mixture is added to the already cold melted chocolate. Cremio for whipping is beaten with mixer and added to the mixture, stirred well, and the resulting cream is poured into dessert cups. Leave it in the freezer for several hours until the dessert becomes solid.
