In a large bowl, beat the eggs and add the sugar. Mix the MyDay yogurt and baking soda and set aside until it becomes bubbly, then add it to the eggs. Stir in the vanilla, oil, and flour until you have a smooth batter. If desired, divide the batter into two parts and add cocoa, nuts, fruit, or coconut flakes to one part.
Pour the batter into a suitable baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
