Farfalle Pasta with Chicken and Mushrooms

  • 250 g farfalle pasta
  • 250 g porcini mushrooms
  • 200 ml Cremio cooking cream
  • 300 g chicken fillet
  • 80 g butter
  • 100 ml white wine
  • salt
  • black pepper
The mushrooms and chicken fillet are sautéed in the heated butter until cooked. Add the wine and Cremio cooking cream, stirring until the sauce slightly thickens. Season to taste. Cook the pasta, drain it, and add the sauce with the mushrooms and chicken. Gently stir everything together.
