600 g fresh fettuccine paste**
400 g shrimp
400 ml CREMIO dairy cream
100 g butter
40 g Parmesan cheese
30 ml oil
1 onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 lemon
salt and pepper
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Grate the Parmesan cheese and squeeze the lemon. In a hot frying pan with a little oil, melt the butter and fry the shrimp for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add the lemon juice. Remove the shrimp add onions and garlic into the same fat. Cook for 1-2 minutes. until golden and add CREMIO dairy cream for cooking. Add the fresh pasta to the ready sauce and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes to absorb the sauce well. Season with salt and pepper, add the Parmesan cheese and remove from heat. On top of each serving of pasta, arrange shrimp on top. Decorate with parsley.
*For ease of preparation, divide the products in two and cook 2 times in the pan.
**For easier mixing, pasta can be immersed in hot water for 15 seconds and then cooked.
