Fish in air fryer

600 g fish fillets  
200 ml Cremio cooking crème
50 g
mustard 
50 g butter 
2 sprigs of fresh onions 
2 cloves of garlic 
juice of 1/2 lemon 
black pepper  
salt 

Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon, and chop the fresh onion. Mix lemon juice, melted butter, mustard, pressed garlic. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. The fish is baked 2 times. Put 2-3 fish fillets in the paper air fryer mat, cover with a little of the prepared mixture and the white part of the fresh onion. Pour 100 ml of Cremio cooking crème. Put the paper mat in the air fryer basket and bake for 12 min. at 200° C. The finished fish is served sprinkled with the chopped feathers of fresh onions, cherry tomatoes and lemon.
