Four-Cheese Pizza with cooking cream

  • 250 g pizza dough
  • 190 g Mozzarella
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 50 g Blue cheese
  • 50 g Feta
  • 50 g cooking cream Cremio

Grate the Mozzarella and Parmesan. Cut the Blue cheese and Feta into cubes. Roll out the dough thinly and spread it with the cream. Evenly distribute all the cheeses over the dough. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 250°C (482°F) until done. Brush the edges with olive oil.
