100 ml cooking cream
1 leek
1 onion
1 carrot
1 slice of celery
olive oil
salt
ground coriander
All the ingredients are chopped into cubes and added to preheated water (about 2 liters) with 1 tsp of salt. Once the ingredients are cooked, add the olive oil. Blend the mixture and stir in 100 ml of Cremio cooking cream. Finally, season with ground coriander.
