400 g strawberries 370 g sour cream 200 ml CREMIO whipping cream 50 g liqueur 2–3 pieces of chocolate
Cut the strawberries into large chunks. Whip the CREMIO cream and gently fold in the sour cream by hand until the mixture is smooth and uniform. Place the strawberry cubes into serving glasses, drizzle with a bit of liqueur, and top with the cream mixture. Garnish with grated chocolate and/or mint leaves. Chill for 12 hours before serving.
