Savory pancakes with cooking cream and crab sticks

500 ml MyDay milk
250 g flour
3 eggs
2 tbsp butter
Salt
150 g MyDay cheese
150 g crab sticks
½ cup Cremio cooking cream
In a deep bowl, mix the fresh milk, eggs, flour, and salt, and whisk together with the melted butter. Cook the pancakes in a non-stick pan. Once slightly cooled, spread each pancake with a mixture of beaten Cremio cooking cream, finely chopped crab sticks, and crumbled cheese. Roll up the pancakes and serve whole or cut into bite-sized pieces.
