Tarator with Wild Garlic (Ramsons)

500 g MyDay yogurt;
1 bunch of wild garlic (ramsons);
1 cucumber;
juice of ½ lemon;
olive oil;
salt;
black pepper.

The cucumber is peeled and blended, then mixed with MyDay yogurt, lemon juice, and seasoned with salt and black pepper. The wild garlic is finely chopped and added to the liquid mixture, followed by 300 ml of water. Stir and chill before serving. It can be served with crushed walnuts.
